How much will it cost?
You will always know the cost in advance! We advise you of how much it will cost before we begin. We charge a standard fee of £18* to diagnose the problem with your computer. We will contact you explaining how much it cost including parts & how long it will take to source the parts & carry out the required repair, You then decide if you wish to go ahead with the repairs.
If you think the quote for the repair & parts is more than your computer is worth, or you are prepared to pay, new motherboard installation for example, you will charged the £18* fee when you collect your, non-repaired, computer.
If on the other hand, the repair cost turns out to be acceptable to you, a virus for example, you will be charged the set, virus removal fee of £35, which includes the initial £18* fee, when you collect your, repaired computer from us.
Remember! we can upgrade your computers, motherboard, Processer, Memory & if required, power supply & Graphics card. Using your Existing Hard Drive/Optical Drive & Case make it more cost effective than a new PC?.
